This is a boomer driven bill that is trying to resurrect the failed war on drugs by Dan Patrick and Lubbock Senator Charles Perry. They completely lie and say Delta 8 and Delta 9 are synthetic components and tried to compare it to Spice. These retards do not realize Delta 8 and Delta 9 are natural components in Hemp. So there is no syntheization. The law enforcement officers testitfying lied their ass off, most notably Alvin Police Chief. The States witnesses during the hearing could not even testify to the difference between Delta 8 and Delta 9 and didn't even know what they were. This hearing was a farse and was already tailored to push one side. The entire committee was present to hear all the pro-SB3 testimony, but once the anti-SB3 testimony was begining the members started to trickle out. To include Charles Perry. Sen Perry got lit up and his ass handed to him by a mother who's child benefits from THC products, and he could not answer why his office had been ignoring her communications over the previous weeks. He physically was trying to leave the chamber to and used this as a way to coward out the hearing. Prior, Perry was being asked hard questions and received harsh rebuke from ant-SB3 testifiers. It was a bitch move from a Lt Gov Patricks bitch boy from Lubbock. This eventually passed the Senate, but the House has to contend with the extreme backlash against this bill. The opposition of this bill is coming in large part from Republican voters, and Republicans in the Texas legislature need to figure out if this is the hill they want to die on.

"Were gonna ban your stores before we leave..." is what Lt Gov Dan Patrick said this week. This dude has a thorny hair up his ass for THC. And this came all of a sudden. So I am wondering if his pockets got fatter by the one and only medical weed dealer in Texas. I am not an advocate for abortion, but this is exactly the approach the Texas Legislature took on that issue as well. Now the only difference is that Republicans in Austin have Republicans in Texas opposing them. Why...? Because it overreaches the bounds of the government. If THC is going to be banned then why don't we ban Alcohol again? Alcohol surely has a more death talley than THC. You never see or hear any about THC overdoses, motor vehicle accidents caused by consuming THC, or violence committed by someone who consumed THC. That is all alcohol related crimes and tragedies. These people are not serious because if they were they would be advocating for that as well. Dont get me wrong...I don't want alcohol banned. I just support the government not being in your fucking business.

But yet Lt. Dan wants to ban THC.
